All orders are sent from our Sydney warehouse straight to your door. Our shipping costs are what the couriers charge us, to make sure you get the cheapest shipping available.

• If you would like the couriers to leave your parcel, you can advise us and we will provide the couriers with an 'Authority to Leave' request. Please note that if you parcel is left and stolen/misplaced we cannot replace it. The authority to leave is actioned at your own risk.

Your products will be delivered by your selected courier company. You can provide specific delivery directions for when you are not at home (authority to leave the parcel), avoiding the need to collect your package from the courier depot. Once we send your products you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your parcel.
