This role will suit an environmental conscious individual with a high attention to detail and advanced organisation skills. You will be working within the Orders Department.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Service Officer. The role is very varied therefore we are looking for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and someone who is not afraid of hard work. To be successful in this role it is essential that you possess, high attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, previous experience with email and phone communication and a good team attitude. Team Todae is determined to provide outstanding customer service to its clients, and as such it is vital that you have a stand out customer service track record. Whilst there are administrative elements to the role, it is primarily comprised of customer service duties

Role Requirements:

  • Communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining Todae's high level of customer support.
  • Following up customers
  • Ensuring all the information required for applications has been provided by our customers
  • Processing applications in a prompt manner
  • Working with our solar team to provide a excellent level of customer service
  • The ability to work in a fast paced high energy environment
  • Making sure you are enjoying yourself

Qualification and Requirements:

No formal qualifications are essential, just a positive attitude and the following skills:

  • Must be enthusiastic about creating a more sustainable future
  • A high attention to details is a must
  • Highly developed organisation skills
  • The ability to multi task working in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer relations/account management would be beneficial but not essential
  • Admin experience is a must
  • The ability to learn about new ideas and information quickly
  • Great communication skills
  • IT Proficient - Excel & Microsoft Office.
  • Very strong written and spoken English
  • Great communication skills
  • A desire to help people make a difference

CEC (Clean Energy Council) Accredited Solar Installer



Working both from our Glebe office as well as on site at clients you will be working with a professional team to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction is always maintained. In return you will be rewarded with an extremely satisfying jobs and a great salary package.

The following are some of the role requirements:

  • Installing grid connect systems (including solar modules and inverters etc..) from start to finish on a residential and commercial level to industry standards.
  • Travel in and around Sydney as well on occasions longer trips will be required to install solar systems
  • Inspecting, testing and signing off on installations
  • Overseeing of the installation team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • CEC accredited PV (Photovoltaic) installer is essential
  • Previous experience in solar installations is essential
  • An Electrical Contractors License (beneficial but not essential)
  • Drivers License & your own vehicle would be a beneficial but not essential
  • The ability to work with a small team of installers
  • The ability to work at heights
  • High quality and thorough workmanship is a must

Position Structure:

  • The position is a permanent and secure position
  • Full Time ideally but Part Time may be an option
  • A very competitive salary package
