BCSE/CEC Accredited Solar Installer



Working both from our Glebe office as well as on site at clients you will be working with a professional team to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction is always maintained. In return you will be rewarded with an extremely satisfying jobs and a great salary package.

The following are some of the role requirements:

  • Installing grid connect systems (including solar modules and inverters etc..) from start to finish on a residential and commercial level to industry standards.
  • Travel in and around Sydney as well on occasions longer trips will be required to install solar systems
  • Inspecting, testing and signing off on installations
  • Overseeing of the installation team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BCSE accredited PV (Photovoltaic) installer is essential
  • Previous experience in solar installations is essential
  • An Electrical Contractors License (beneficial but not essential)
  • Drivers License & your own vehicle would be a beneficial but not essential
  • The ability to work with a small team of installers
  • The ability to work at heights
  • High quality and thorough workmanship is a must

Position Structure:

  • The position is a permanent and secure position
  • Full Time ideally but Part Time may be an option
  • A very competitive salary package

Accounts Administrator



Todae is a fast growing sustainability company that is hiring an energetic and enthusiastic individual for the accounts division. Todae is looking for a well organised, proactive Accounts administrator to run Todae's daily accounts and is looking to join an established company, with great career opportunities.

This role will suit an individual with a high attention to detail, great communication skills and advanced organisation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the role will be to ensure company accounts are kept up to date with the support of the financial director. Training will be provided. Specific duties will include:

  • Ensuring the accounts for all divisions are kept up to date
  • Updating and monitoring accounting system Accounts payable & Accounts receivable
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Banking and invoicing
  • Payroll
  • Additional administration support
  • A very high attention to detail
  • Making sure you are enjoying yourself

Qualification and Requirements:

No formal qualifications are essential, just a positive attitude and the following skills:

  • Proficient with MS Office software
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in accounts or a similar roll.
  • Advanced numeric skills
  • Must be very organised
  • Must have a thorough and efficient work ethic
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised & handle multiple tasks
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Experience with Quickbooks would be an advantage although training will be provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

Initially the main responsibility of the role will be to ensure customer are constantly communicated with and all solar applications/documentation are submitted to the correct suppliers in a prompt manner. You will also be supporting our solar team with any requirements they may need. The role involves dealing with customers and internal stakeholders but will also require you to deal with suppliers at times. A high level of organisation is needed to maintain Todae's high level of client service in this role.

Role Requirements:

  • Communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining Todae's high level of customer support.
  • Following up customers
  • Ensuring all the information required for applications has been provided by our customers
  • Processing applications in a prompt manner

Web Developer/Programmer



Todae is looking for an ambitious and experienced Programmer to build and manage our web architecture in house.

You will be working with a young, vibrant and dynamic company with a strong history of excellence in website development and infrastructure that is at the forefront of web commerce technology, and is looking to expand its offering dramatically over the next year.


What we are looking for:

We are looking for the right team member who will become an integral part of the strategy of the website division moving forward. You will be working on our current platform and building and enhancing it to assisting in continued growth. This will be a rewarding and exciting challenge for a candidate with the right level of experience, ambition, drive and technical and strategic ability. The successful applicant will grow with the company and in time manage a technical team that will be hired to work with you as the website grows.

Essential Criteria:

  • Have 2+ years professional experience in PHP/MySQL development, preferably in an agency or multi client environment
  • A solid understanding of the entire breadth of skills required to develop an eCommerce website (programming language, database development, web/html implementation, AJAX, payment gateway, Apache, Linux, SQL, CSS,
  • HTML, JavaScript, relational database architecture, UI Design etc)
  • The ability to accurately determine project timeframes based on a detailed specification.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Think laterally in solving problems
  • Be able to conceptualise solution architectures for a given problem
  • Have attention to detail and a strong understanding of technical solution testing
