Web Developer/Programmer



This challenging and exciting fulltime role is required to manage a diverse work set including building and managing our web architecture; creating efficiencies and reporting.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced developer who can work closely with our leadership team on a strategic level; can create & manage a team; and has a strong programming background.


Responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of all facets of the web infrastructure and working closely with management on a strategic level.
  • Building and enhancing current platform to support growth
  • Managing simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines
  • Process Improvement
  • Reporting

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ year’s solid experience in PHP/My SQL development, preferably in an agency or multi client environment.
  • A solid understanding of the entire breadth of skills required to develop an eCommerce website (programming language, database development, web/html implementation, AJAX, payment gateway, Apache, Linux, SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, relational database architecture, UI Design etc)
  • The ability to write detailed specifications and accurately determine project time frames & costs
  • Be able to conceptualise solution architectures for a given problem
  • Have attention to detail and a strong understanding of technical solution testing
  • Experience coaching and mentoring developers
  • Be able to work to deadlines and articulate issues in a clear and timely manner
  • Clear ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A “can do” as opposed to “can’t do” attitude
  • The ability to think laterally in solving problems
  • The ability to deliver in a fast changing environment.

Desirable but not essential:

  • The ability to write technical specifications
  • A good knowledge of SEO architecture
  • Understanding of design principles
  • Linux networking / systems administration skills (Red Hat Linux preferred)
  • WCMS experience
  • Product development experience

CEC (Clean Energy Council) Accredited Solar Installer



Working both from our Glebe office as well as on site at clients you will be working with a professional team to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction is always maintained. In return you will be rewarded with an extremely satisfying jobs and a great salary package.

The following are some of the role requirements:

  • Installing grid connect systems (including solar modules and inverters etc..) from start to finish on a residential and commercial level to industry standards.
  • Travel in and around Sydney as well on occasions longer trips will be required to install solar systems
  • Inspecting, testing and signing off on installations
  • Overseeing of the installation team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • CEC accredited PV (Photovoltaic) installer is essential
  • Previous experience in solar installations is essential
  • An Electrical Contractors License (beneficial but not essential)
  • Drivers License & your own vehicle would be a beneficial but not essential
  • The ability to work with a small team of installers
  • The ability to work at heights
  • High quality and thorough workmanship is a must
