We have a part-time/full time position available for a telemarketer to work in our office located in Glebe 2-5 Days per week (dependant on the
candidate). The role will entail making outbound calls and appointments setting to cold, warm and hot leads. There is also a sales component to the
role that allows for commission.
|
Role and Responsibilities:
|
You will be making outbound calls so customer service skills and a rofessional phone manner is essential. All applicants must have a fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
Experience in Business to Business telemarketing is essential, an interest in the issues around climate change would be an advantage. We expect all our staff to be reliable, punctual and hard working.
|

Solar BDM / Salesperson
|
You will be working with schools who are utilising generous Government grants to reduce their environmental footprint. All of our customer have pre-approved funding that has been allocated to them, they just need to choose a
provider.
|
Role and Responsibilities:
|
Working from our Glebe office, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers from a large pool of potential opportunities. You will be require to achieve revenue and growth targets, by helping customers reduce their reliance on polluting coal power and providing them with clean and renewable energy options. Although an understanding of renewable solutions would be beneficial, training will be provided to the right applicant.

Qualifications and Requirements:
|
No formal qualifications are essential, just a positive attitude and the following skills:
|
- Must be enthusiastic about creating a more sustainable future
- Sales Experience essential (both B2B and B2C would be an advantage)
- Providing solutions to existing and potential customers for large scale solar installations
- A strong record of achieving sales targets in an external sales role
- Understanding of renewable solutions is not essential but would be beneficial.
- The ability to learn about new ideas and products quickly and efficiently
- Great communication skills
- IT Proficient - Excel & CRM system.
- A desire to help people make a difference
- Providing innovative solutions to customer enquiries
- The ability to work in a fast paced high energy environment

Role and Responsibilities:

Initially the main responsibility of the role will be to ensure customers are provided with information on our products, and transactions are then completed if required. Following are some of the role requirements:

- Understanding our wide range of products to answer customers questions
- Operating the POS system for sales
- Opening and closing (including cashing up)
- Receiving stock and checking it in.
- Making sure you are enjoying yourself
