Staff Eco Tip of the Month: Education
| | Meet Landon.
| Landon is from our Marketing Department and believes that education is the key to tackling global warming.
"For me, the most important thing we can do is educate ourselves. With education we can build a foundation to lead more sustainable lifestyles. For this reason my eco tip is to read, watch and listen to educate yourself abuot our world and the ways we can reduce our impact on the environment."
One of Landon's personal favourites is the Home DVD. "In my opinion it is a masterpiece with some amazing cinematography and a really pertinent message as well. It is one of the best works I have seen regarding the state of the planet and our view towards it. It really gave me a refreshed view and awakened a new found enthusiasm towards being the guardians of our planet."
"I suggest watching the HOME DVD and then after watching it pass it on to someone else who you feel will appreciate it, and ask the same of them. So one by one we are all being educated about our planet."

Customer Eco Tips
| | Meet Tamara from St. Leonards
| Favourite Product:
| The Bioplates have to be my favourite product. It means any picnic, BBQ or social event becomes a lot more eco-friendly and instead of using plastic for 10 minutes and throwing it away (which takes 500 years to break down) you are using bio-degradable and natural plates. Plus they are a great talking point; they always get my guests talking. They are a must have for any event.

Eco Tip:
I keep pot plants around my house, not only do they add to the ambience of my home and liven it up but they purify the air which makes my home healthier. To water my plants I put a bucket under my shower whilst the water is getting warm, and I use this to water the plants. So not only is the air fresher in my home, which keeps me healthier but I am saving water too.
