Granoro Organic Pennoni Regatti is produced with durum wheat semolina cultivated exclusively in Apulia, Italy. Their processes always adhere to the ABI (Agricoltura Biologica Italiana – Italian Association for Organic Farming) standard rules, which are: no chemical fertilizers, no pesticides and most importantly, the respect of the environment and of consumers’ health.

Granoro ensure a superior pasta. It contains a good quality of gluten, which is generally uncommon in organic pasta as the organic wheat cannot tolerate any kind of chemical treatment.
The pasta is bright and golden yellow colour which is an unusual feature of pasta manufactured with organic wheat and not to mention, it has a delicious and rich flavour that will compliment any sauce or flavouring.
