FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Pay only $9.95 for shipping Australia wide when ordering products under $100. You also have the option to upgrade to express delivery for $12.95. Bulk items such as Bokashi Bins and Nappies have a flat rate of $12.95. Orders over $100 (not including bulk items) receive free shipping.

Delivery time is only an indicator and may differ based on stock availability (some products may become out of stock and will delay expected delivery time), courier backlogs and other factors.

• All deliveries to PO Boxes must select Australian Air Express (no signature) at checkout.
• All solar panel orders are delivered by Allied Express as they offer a fragile freight service.
• The above prices are the base price and are different for each post code and is based on the weight of your products.
• For next day delivery of products, orders must be placed before 9am (Monday-Friday). This is subject to stock availability, if the product is out of stock delivery may be delayed.
• If your parcel is returned to Todae as it was not able to be delivered you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee (unless you select Australian Air Express Signature Required).
• If you would like the couriers to leave your parcel, you can advise us and we will provide the couriers with an 'Authority to Leave' request. Please note that if you parcel is left and stolen/misplaced we cannot replace it. The authority to leave is actioned at your own risk.

Your products will be delivered by your selected courier company. You can provide specific delivery directions for when you are not at home (authority to leave the parcel), avoiding the need to collect your package from the courier depot. Once we send your products you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your parcel.
