Shift Pet Waste System

Shift is a specific blend of Bokashi Mix - a cocktail of Efficient Microbes in crushed grain - with an added absorbent material. It is used just like Bokashi Mix, except this time you add Shift. It is product to any type of dog or cat waste, and the beneficial microbes will go to work to consume the waste, all the time out-competing pathogens and disease-producing microbes. All the organic material - including the nutrients, are returned to the soil, all without odour, flies or other problems.

How it works...

Just shovel or rake the droppings into a shallow trench in garden soil, and sprinkle with a handful of Shift. Then cover with soil and/or mulch (just a couple of inches thick) and the microbes in Shift will go to work to accelerate the decomposition of the droppings in the soil. All nutrients and organic material will remain in the garden, and pathogens will be out-competed by the beneficial micro-organisms.
Shift can also be:
• sprinkled on kitty litter to reduce odour and accelerate breakdown;
• spread on dog runs, kennels and bedding to reduce odour;
• placed in the bottom of bird cages;
• spread in poultry sheds

Directions

• dig a small hole in the garden soil ~ 20 cm deep;
• place pet waste into bottom of hole to about 5 cm thickness;
• sprinkle a handful of Shift over the waste, covering thinly the entire surface area;
• cover with 5 - 10 cm of soil;
• if soil is particularly dry, spray area with some water;
• you can repeat the above steps to create layers in the same hole, or make a new hole elsewhere;
• always keep the Shift bag completely airtight and out of direct sunlight.

• If your parcel is returned to Todae as it was not able to be delivered you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee (unless you select Australian Air Express Signature Required).
• If you would like the couriers to leave your parcel, you can advise us and we will provide the couriers with an 'Authority to Leave' request. Please note that if you parcel is left and stolen/misplaced we cannot replace it. The authority to leave is actioned at your own risk.

Your products will be delivered by your selected courier company. You can provide specific delivery directions for when you are not at home (authority to leave the parcel), avoiding the need to collect your package from the courier depot. Once we send your products you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your parcel.
