The voucher promotion is based on the following terms and conditions:

• The voucher is valid for 60 days from time of issue. The recipient will receive an email with the expiry date. Unused vouchers cannot be re-issued or redeemed after the expiry date
• 'Sender' cannot redeem purchased vouchers, each voucher purchased must be for a unique person (including unique email address). One person may not receive or redeem more than one voucher
• Each voucher code is unique and can only be redeemed once
• The offer is only available for the first 500 vouchers
• This voucher is not redeemable for cash
• There is no minimum spend amount when using this voucher
• The voucher is valid for any product/s for sale on the Todae website, except shipping and related expenses such as shipping insurance
• If less than entire voucher value is spent when using the voucher, the entire value will be utilised and the balance will be forfeited
• There is a limit of 1 voucher per customer (defined as a household)
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or promotional voucher, this includes earning RewardCentral points (even on the balance of the transaction after the discount) and affiliate rewards/commissions.
• The voucher is only valid for online purchases
• Todae has the right to alter, amend or end the promotion at any time
• If the terms and conditions are breached than Todae has the right to void, cancel (and refund if deemed necessary) any vouchers purchased
• Promotion only available until voucher allocation is exhausted or 11:59PM December 24th 2011
• I agree that email addresses supplied may receive marketing emails from Todae in the future. Personal details remain confidential and will never be sold to third parties.
• Vouchers are valid for 2 months from date of purchase
• One voucher per person. Sender cannot redeem any vouchers; even if they are sent to a unique email address. If any details of sender and receiver match the voucher is deemed void. Todae has the right at its own discretion to cancel any voucher which it feels may breach terms and conditions
