• Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.
• Entry is only valid if all details on the entry form are completed. Limit one prize per customer. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
• Promotion commences 14/4/2008. Entries close 30/4/2008. Chance plays no part in determining the winner and the winner will be notified within 21 days of promotion closing date. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• The best entries are determined by the judge - an employee of Todae.
• All entries become the property of Todae. All entries will be entered into our member databases and will automatically become a Todae member and receive our newsletters and promotional offers. Todae reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners up entries for the purpose of future promotions. You have the right to unsubscribe from our database.
• Todae accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
